Rustavi Metallurgical Plant workers strike

Workers of the tech high-grade steel shop of the Rustavi Metallurgical Plant (RMP) went on a strike.

They demand a 30% pay increase and the 13th month’s salary, refusing to resume work until their demands are met. The Trade Union expressed solidarity with the strikers.

According to the Administration, it will negotiate and promises to raise wages gradually.
