Registration fee refund applications for 2026 exams open until June 14
National Assessment and Examinations Center announced that it has begun procedures for refunding excess or mistakenly paid registration fees for the 2026 Unified National Exams, Common Master’s Exams, subject exams, senior special teacher exams, and basic professional skills exams.
According to the center, individuals who overpaid or mistakenly paid examination registration fees may apply for refunds between May 14 and June 14, 2026, until 18:00.
The center said applications may be submitted electronically or in person at the NAEC office located at National Assessment and Examinations Center Office. In the regions, applications may be submitted through educational resource centers, which will forward the documents via the electronic document management system eFlow.
Refund requests may be submitted by individuals who:
- paid more than the required registration fee;
- paid the fee but did not complete registration during the registration period;
- withdrew from participation in the exams before the registration deadline expired.
Applicants who paid the registration fee but did not complete registration are required to fill out a printed application form and submit it either to the NAEC office or to the relevant regional educational resource center.
The submitted application must include: a copy of the examinee’s or payer’s identification document; if submitted by another person, proof of representation such as a power of attorney or, in the case of a minor, a birth certificate; bank details issued by the bank, including the bank code, account number, and account name; a copy of the account holder’s identification document.
According to the statement, refunds will be transferred to the applicant’s designated bank account no later than one month after the application submission period ends.
The center urged all interested individuals to carefully review the procedures and submit applications within the established deadlines.
