Prime Minister congratulated World War II veterans on Victory Day over Fascism

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Mamuka Bakhtadze congratulated the veterans of World War II on day of Victory over Fascism. He has met with the veterans in Vake Park and personally congratulated them.
As Mamuka Bakhtadze noted, this day is special in the history of mankind.
“It is a special day in the history of mankind, Victory Day over Fascism. I congratulate everyone on this day, especially the participants of World War II, our honorable veterans. Georgia made a huge sacrifice in this war, and hundreds of thousands of Georgians died a hero’s death. I bow my head to their memory”, – Prime Minister said.
The Head of Government along with the Cabinet members and the Tbilisi Mayor laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Vake Park.
