Polish PM: Wagner Group mercenaries move toward Suwałki Pass

“Over 100 mercenaries of the Wagner Group moved towards the Suwałki Pass. This is certainly a step towards a further hybrid attack on Polish territory,” said Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in Gliwice.

According to the Polish PM, “this is certainly a step towards a further hybrid attack on Polish territory.”

“They will probably be disguised as Belarusian border guards and will help illegal immigrants to enter Polish territory, destabilize Poland, but they will also probably try to infiltrate Poland, pretending to be illegal immigrants, and this creates additional risks,” he said, as reported by RMF 24.

Earlier, about a hundred mercenaries of the Russian Wagner Group arrived in Grodno, the portal Sprotyw, created by the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine, wrote.
