The police arrested the Chair of the opposition United National Movement (UNM) Nika Melia on Tuesday.
The law enforcers detained Melia in the UNM office this morning.

Tbilisi City Court ruled imprisonment for Nika Melia earlier in February.
Melia has been accused of organizing mass violence during anti-government protests in 2019.
UNM leader denies the charges.
