PM Garibashvili vows to establish European-type new municipal centres

The European-type new centres will be established in all municipalities, including Gurjaani, said Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili when opening a new 15-kilometre-long section of the Bakurtsikhe-Telavi-Akhmeta road.

According to the PM, the government will allocate GEL 500 million for the modern centres’ arrangement. “The works will kick off within the next two weeks, and GEL 500 million will be allocated in total. Urban renovation projects will continue during the next years. We will implement reconstruction and new standards in all villages,” PM claimed.

PM Garibashvili also added over two billion Georgian Lari would be spent on infrastructure modernization and new roads construction in the eastern Kakheti region.
