Parliament Speaker: Our delegation must attend U.S. Congress-organised conference and make our voice heard
According to the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, the Georgian parliamentary delegation needs to take part in the upcoming conference organised by a member of the United States Congress.
Papuashvili emphasised that the conference will address significant issues, particularly those relating to the era of nations awakening to their sovereignty.
“Small nations have historically been enveloped in false ideologies and misguided globalist approaches. Powerful states have always pursued their own agendas and acted accordingly. These deceptive globalist ideas have now been thoroughly exposed, especially under the new U.S. administration, which has branded them with a familiar label. It’s a label rooted in history, the reality that every state acts in its own national interest. Our “Akatsukis” believe that the Estonian government acts in Georgia’s interests. They were convinced of this, registered in Estonia, received funding, and now parade around Estonia waving Estonian flags. They have been led to such a level of delusion by false globalist notions, as if foreign governments are acting in the national interests of other countries.
Therefore, this conference holds significant importance. Our delegation will have the chance to engage with colleagues both during the event and beyond. And, naturally, we will have our say,” Papuashvili stated.
It has also been reported today that a Georgian delegation, headed by Nikoloz Samkharadze, will attend the Summit of the Alliance of Sovereign Nations in the United States, at the invitation of Republican Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna.
