Paata Imnadze: Seasonal flu is not yet circulating in Georgia. 90% is coronavirus
Paata Imnadze, the Deputy Head of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC), says that “seasonal flu is not yet circulating in the country and 90% of the common flu is a coronavirus.”
As Imnadze stated at the briefing today, “at this stage, a small number of different, less severe viruses such as bocavirus and rhinovirus have been detected in the country.”
