No to Russia - protest rally at Parliament

The rally with the slogan No to Russia is taking place near the Parliament building in downtown Tbilisi.

Opposition party representatives, along with civil activists and citizens, protest the resumption of direct flights between Russia and Georgia and the arrival of the first flight from Moscow.

Protesters see the resumption of flights as a threat to the European integration path and EU candidate status. They urge the authorities to revoke the approval for the flight’s resume.
