A multinational command-staff “NATO-Georgia Exercise 2025,” led by Georgian forces, is currently underway at the Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC).

Today, high-level visitors attended a demonstration day at JTEC’s simulation, communications, and information systems center, where they were briefed on the full situational picture and visited various training locations.

The exercise incorporates six initiatives defined by the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP): the Joint Training and Evaluation Center, military engineering, military police, military medical capability development, special operations forces, and standardization and codification.

NATO experts are assessing various Georgian Defence Force units throughout the exercise.

According to the simulation scenario, Georgian military personnel are working alongside counterparts from 17 NATO member and partner countries on crisis response planning, management, and control operations.

The exercise represents a significant step in the ongoing military collaboration between NATO and Georgia, enhancing interoperability and defense capabilities, the Georgian Defence Ministry added.
