Maka Botchorishvili: Dubrovnik Forum focused on regional cooperations, connectivity and international partnerships development
“Dubrovnik Forum, in recent years, has been established as a significant platform. It is one of the conferences in Europe, which brings together high-ranking officials from international organizations from different countries to discuss international relations and foreign policy aspects,” said Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili.
According to the FM, participation in the forum is important to review actual topics for Georgia.
“The main topic for this year’s forum is regional cooperation, multivectoral diplomacy. We will have the opportunity to speak about Georgia’s role in the region, wider region and connectivity, development of international partnership and to hold discussions with colleagues from different intrernational organizations.
I met with the OSCE Secretary General. As you know, Georgia has its own candidate for the position of OSCE Chair next year. In this context, consultations and working with OSCE member states are significant for Georgia to have the necessary support. We also continue to work with other countries. Foreign Ministers of different countries are present here, and this platform is an excellent opportunity to review actual topics for Georgia,” she said.
