The 2119 cases of skipping plenary sessions of the parliament of the 9th Convocation were fixed in the first year of the parliament’s activities – Report of Transparency International –Georgia NGO says.

The report covers the period from November 18, 2016 to December 31, 2017. The lawmakers skipped 1430 sittings with family conditions motive.

MP Koba Nakopia leads among those who skipped sessions most for justificatory reason. Shota Shalelishvili leads among Majority MPs who skipped sessions most with un-justificatory reason, Giorgi Tugushi – from Minority.
