MP Sharmanashvili: We will present arguments to Constitutional Court on why Gakharia’s party should be declared unconstitutional
He added that they have their own arguments and will attempt to substantiate them before the Constitutional Court.
“Gakharia’s party will have full freedom to refute our views and convince the Constitutional Court of the validity of its position. Their actions fall outside the framework of the Constitution. We will present our arguments to the Constitutional Court explaining why this party should be declared unconstitutional.
This party does not recognize the constitutionally elected government and obstructs its functioning. They have engaged with unconstitutional parties, and together they have rejected the arguments of the Georgian government.
I will not go into many details right now; everything will be laid out in the constitutional lawsuit,” Sharmanashvili noted.
