Migration Department expels 78 foreign nationals

Employees of the Migration Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, in coordination with relevant units of the ministry, have expelled 78 foreign nationals from Georgia in recent days.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of comprehensive measures carried out by the Migration Department, citizens of India, Türkiye, Egypt, Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, Jordan, Sri Lanka and other countries were expelled from Georgia.

“Under the applicable legislation, the expelled individuals have been banned from entering the country,” the ministry said.
