MP Givi Mikanadze holds meetings in Azerbaijan

Givi Mikanadze, the Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, serves a working visit to Azerbaijan.

According to the parliament’s press office, Mikanadze met with the Deputy Science and Education Minister of Azerbaijan, Firudin Qurbanov, and the Deputy Youth and Sports Ministers, Indira Hajiyeva and Farhad Hajiyev.

“The bilateral relations and cooperation prospects were deliberated at the meeting.

Mikanadze emphasized the exchange youth camps scheduled to be realized in July and August.

The parties mutually agreed upon the necessity of systematically organising meetings in order to enhance the intergenerational bonds between youth,” reads the press statement.
