MP Archil Gorduladze: Irakli Kobakhidze focused on matters vital to Georgia’s past, present, and future

Member of the parliamentary majority Archil Gorduladze has evaluated Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze’s address to the United Nations General Assembly.

As Gorduladze noted, Kobakhidze focused on issues of vital importance to the nation.

“As the head of government of a dignified nation, Irakli Kobakhidze focused on every issue vital to Georgia: its past, present, and future. This entails translating economic growth directly into better social well-being for every citizen, alongside developing the Middle Corridor, a project where Georgia’s involvement is critical to its success. Crucially, it also reinforces that peace remains the essential bedrock of all progress. He also underscored that there is no alternative to dialogue, that every nation must respect other partner and non-partner states, and that relations must be grounded in an attitude of equality.

Significant messages were delivered to Georgian citizens living in our temporarily occupied territories, to our Ossetian and Abkhazian sisters and brothers: that we must succeed in building a country where everyone can live with equal rights, particularly given our rich historical experience of coexistence,” declared Gorduladze.
