Luka Ekhvaia appointed Head of Georgian President Administration

Luka Ekhvaia has been appointed Head of the Administration of the President of Georgia.

According to the presidential press service, Luka Ekhvaia has previously served as Foreign Policy Advisor and Assistant to the President of Georgia on foreign affairs.

Ekhvaia is a researcher and specialist in international relations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the School of Governance at Caucasus University and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Bologna.

Ekhvaia was a doctoral candidate in Global and Regional Studies within the Doctoral Programme in Humanities and Social Sciences at Leipzig University; he subsequently pursued doctoral studies in Political Science at Caucasus International University.
