Locals residing at occupation line to have winter heating, education costs funded

Locals residing at the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) will receive aid to cover winter heating costs and the funding for students in 2023-2024, the State Minister’s Office reported on the decision of the 27th meeting of the interim governmental commission on the needs of locals at the occupation line and affected by the conflict.

Since 2013, Chaired by the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure and State Minister of Reconciliation and Civic Equality, the Georgian government, within the framework of the interim commission, has kept carrying out social, health, education and agriculture programs.
