Lelo's mayoral candidate Irakli Kupradze unveils surveillance cameras at polling stations

Irakli Kupradze, the joint mayoral candidate for Tbilisi from Lelo-Strong Georgia and Gakharia for Georgia parties, announced the deployment of surveillance cameras at all polling stations across the city.

At a recent briefing, Kupradze explained that these high-tech, high-resolution cameras will record the election process and help detect violations.

“Today, we introduce the modern, hi-tech video cameras that will be installed at every polling station in Tbilisi. These devices will enable us to monitor the election in real time, expose and prevent manipulations such as ballot-stuffing and fraud orchestrated by the Georgian Dream. They will allow us to observe, record, and identify any serious criminal misconduct aimed at undermining the democratic process. Anyone involved in election fraud under the Georgian Dream regime should be aware that they will be identified and held accountable before an independent court and prosecutor’s office. Their crime is not only to falsify votes but to deprive Georgians and Tbilisi residents of their future. Our fight continues, and the future depends on the people of Tbilisi and all Georgians who must seize every opportunity to stand against the Russian-backed Georgian Dream and Ivanishvili,” Kupradze stated.
