Kakha Kemoklidze – Archil Tatunashvili’s body to be presumably transferred today

The corpse of Archil Tatunashvili, Georgian citizen who died in occupied Tskhinvali region, will be presumably repatriated to Georgia today – Kakha Kemoklidze, Deputy Head of Information-Analytical Department of State Security Service reported. Kemoklidze arrived in Tatunashvili’s home village Tsilkani earlier this afternoon and visited the deceased soldier’s family.

According to State Security Service of Georgia, on February 22, 2018, representatives of the occupied Tskhinvali region illegally detained the citizens of Georgia: Archil Tatunashvili, Levan Kutashvili and Ioseb Pavliashvili. Archil Tatunashvili died in the hospital of occupied Tskhinvali region on February 23.
