Interior Ministry: Ukrainians on hunger strike at Russian-Georgian border have no demands from Georgian side
The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs says that Ukrainian citizens on hunger strike at the Russian-Georgian border “have no demands from the Georgian side.”
Today, the media reported that “five Ukrainian citizens stuck at the Russian-Georgian border have declared a hunger strike due to the actions of Georgian border guards.”
As stated by the Ministry, “Their goal is to return to their country promptly with the assistance of the Red Cross and the support of the Ukrainian Embassy.”
