Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze said the daily new coronavirus cases tend to decrease, but citizens should continue to observe the enforced regulations, especially when it comes to public transport.
The Minister said the immunization process should intensify in the regions. She claimed that the medical personnel should perform as motivators.
“Physicians are a bridge between the government and the population in this process. They should properly propagate vaccination’s safety, need and benefits,” Tikaradze said.
Georgia reported 2 039 coronavirus cases, 2 192 recoveries, and 56 deaths on Friday.
