Health condition of Special Squad officers is stable

Three Special Squad officers injured during the special operation remain at the Tbilisi Referral Hospital. Two of them were hospitalized with light injuries in the thigh and calf area.

According to the doctor, the wounds have been treated and no surgical intervention was needed.

The health condition of the third wounded officers was relatively severe. He underwent through a surgery.

According to doctors the health condition of patients is stable and not life-threatening.

The special operation took place at Monk Gabriel Salosi Street in Tbilisi yesterday. One officer of Special Squad, who was wounded during a special operation died at hospital.

One detained and three members of crime group were killed as a result of operation.
