“A historic day for Georgia’s EU accession path – today EU Commission recommended that the EU Council grants the Status of a Candidate country to Georgia,” says Vato Makharoblishvili, the Ambassador/Head of the Georgian Mission to the EU; Ambassador of Georgia to Belgium and Luxembourg.
The European Commission recommended the European Council to grant Georgia the status of a European Union candidate country.
