Greco-Roman Wrestling: Vakhtang Lolua and Ramaz Zoidze reach European Championship semifinals #1TVSPORT

Two Georgian athletes, Vakhtang Lolua (55 kg) and Ramaz Zoidze (77 kg), have advanced to the semifinals on the opening day of the Greco-Roman Wrestling European Championship in Tirana, the capital of Albania.

Lolua secured his place with a commanding 9:0 victory over Bulgarian Grigorov in the quarterfinals and will now face Armenian Manvel Khachatryan in the semi. Zoidze triumphed over Serbian Aleksa Ilic with a 5:2 score and is set to compete against Hungarian Robert Fritsch in the semifinals.

The matches are scheduled to begin today at 20:00 Tbilisi time, with the finals taking place on April 21.
