Georgia’s Ambassador to U.S. attended State of Union address by Donald Trump
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United States, Tamar Taliashvili, attended the annual State of the Union Address delivered by President Donald Trump.
According to the Georgian Embassy in the U.S., the President addressed both chambers of the U.S. Congress and discussed the economic and social reforms, as well as foreign policy developments that took place last year.
“During his speech, the President awarded 6 people for their special contributions with various military medals. The President also honoured the memory of Charlie Kirk.
It’s noteworthy that this was one of the longest State of the Union Addresses in modern U.S. history,” the embassy said in a press release.
