The sides discussed Georgia’s application for EU membership and the developments in Ukraine.
The Prime Minister once again welcomed the decision of the Council, according to which the European Commission was asked to study the applications for EU membership submitted by Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The Head of the Georgian government noted that the role of France as the country holding the presidency of the Council of the European Union is crucial in supporting Georgia in this process.
MP claimed that Georgia will continue political support to Ukraine and provide the war-hit country with humanitarian aid.
