Georgia deports 86 foreign nationals following migration enforcement measures

Employees of the Migration Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, in close coordination with other relevant divisions of the ministry, deported 86 foreign nationals from the country following operations carried out over recent days.

According to the ministry, the individuals expelled from Georgia were citizens of Turkey, Russia, India, Turkmenistan, Kenya, Nigeria, China, Azerbaijan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Egypt, Pakistan, Sudan, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and several other countries.

In accordance with current legislation, the deported individuals were also banned from re-entering Georgia, the ministry said.
