Geologist – Water level in disaster zone is lowered

Water level in the flooded Nenskra River in Chuberi village is lowered – Zurab Chkonia, Specialist of Geology Department of National Environment Agency told First Channel.

According to Chkonia, the situation gradually stabilizes. National Environment Agency rules out reoccurrence of the natural disaster in Chuberi, Svaneti region.

Specialists keep the situation under control. The riverbed is being fortified and the debris is being cleaned by heavy vehicles.
