“I believe that the new academic year will mark the beginning of exciting discoveries, new opportunities, and a path to success for every pupil and student,” stated the Minister of Education, Science and Youth, Givi Mikanadze, in an official address.

“I cordially congratulate pupils, teachers, parents, headteachers, students, and the whole of society on the start of the new academic year!

I want to extend a special welcome to our first-graders, who are stepping through the school doors for the very first time today.

School is where the first steps toward the future are taken. Beyond gaining knowledge, children develop friendship, mutual respect, personal responsibility, and confidence in their own capabilities.

Our primary objective is to guarantee a safe, healthy, and modern learning environment for every pupil. This goal drives the general education reform and every single initiative undertaken in recent years.

I wish to express my special gratitude to our teachers, headteachers, and school staff: your professionalism, dedication, and daily work play a vital role in our pupils’ development and in enhancing the school environment.

I thank parents for their trust and support. Your engagement in school life and ongoing support form an essential foundation for a child’s success.

I believe that the new academic year will mark the beginning of exciting discoveries, new opportunities, and a path to success for every pupil and student.

Once again, congratulations! I wish you a fruitful, engaging year filled with joy and unforgettable experiences,’ stated Givi Mikanadze in his official address.
