Education Minister thanked General Director and employees of Georgian First Channel

Education Minister of Georgia Mikheil Chkhenkeli thanked General Director and employees of Georgian First Channel for making TV School Project successful.

As Minister remarked, TV School is a unique project which was carried out by the ministry in cooperation with Georgian First Channel.

According to Chkhenkeli, TV School Project had positive feedback in the society and had gone beyond the school since not only pupils but their parents and grandparents watched the program with great attention.

The Minister said that teachers and psychologists are involved in the project and TV lessons are broadcast in the languages of ethnic minorities. Also, the project allocated hours for university entrants where specialists gave recommendations about national examinations.
