Economy Minister and Eagle Hills founder sign joint venture agreement
The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mariam Kvrivishvili, alongside Mohamed Ali Alabbar, founder of Eagle Hills, have signed an investment and joint venture agreement. Under this accord, Eagle Hills will undertake development projects valued at a total of USD 6.6 billion in Tbilisi and Gonio.
According to the Ministry of Economy, the signing ceremony took place within the framework of the fifth edition of the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum.
“The agreement designates Georgia as a partner in the projects and confers a 33% ownership stake in the joint venture. Notably, this investment marks the largest in Georgia’s history in terms of volume and scale,” the Ministry stated.
