President of the European Commission Donald Tusk stated on the 10th anniversary of the EU’s Eastern Partnership format that there is more Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in the EU.
“After 10 years of Eastern Partnership, there’s more Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in the EU, and more in than ever before. We are not only neighbours, we are members of the same European family,” Tusk wrote on Twitter.
A high-level conference was opened in Brussels, Belgium, dedicated to marking the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership program. Georgia’s Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze is in Brussels. He will participate in a panel on the topic of Eastern Partnership future and will engage in discussions.
