At the end of November, we will probably have 3000 – 4000 COVID-19 cases per day – Paata Imnadze, Deputy Head of National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health said during the briefing held after the sitting of Coordination Council.
According to Imnadze, about 8-10 thousand tests were conducted during the last several days across Georgia.
“We will report about updated prognosis on October 24. We are using three mathematic models,” Imnadze said.
Georgia has reported 1 759 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 350 recoveries today.
In total, Georgia’s coronavirus cases increased to 24 562. The number of recovered patients reached 9 751.
Five more patients died of COVID-19 in Georgia in the last 24 hours. The virus-related death toll stands at 183 in the country.
