Davit Ardazishvili appointed Deputy Head of Finance Ministry’s Investigation Service
Merab Gamkrelidze, Head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance, formally presented Davit Ardazishvili as the agency’s newly appointed Deputy Head to senior department directors and regional operational chiefs.
According to the Investigation Service, Ardazishvili brings extensive experience to the role, having served in various senior management capacities across multiple structural divisions within the agency. Before his latest appointment, he served as Deputy Head of the Investigation Department.
Congratulating Ardazishvili on his promotion, Gamkrelidze noted that his extensive professional background, legal qualifications, and strategic oversight are a key asset in further enhancing operational efficiency across the service.
Gamkrelidze reiterated that the Investigation Service’s top priority is bolstering the effectiveness of measures against financial and economic crime while reinforcing the institutional capabilities of the agency.
The First Deputy Head of the Investigation Service, senior leadership from the Investigation Department, and heads of the agency’s regional divisions attended the introductory briefing.
