The Tbilisi City Court fully shared the position of the prosecution and found guilty Australian citizen P.L. And citizens of Georgia – M.P. And Ts.M.  into the case of the so-called child pornography.

“By decision of the court, Australian citizen P.L. was sentenced to 20 years in prison, and the citizens of Georgia – M.P. and C.M. to 19 and 19 years in prison.

The Tbilisi City Court continues to hear cases against 11 Georgian citizens who are also accused of minors trafficking. In particular, 10 parents are accused of participating in the production of pornographic content containing images of minors, for which they received payment, and the school teacher is accused of assisting the crime, ” – the prosecutor’s information says.

On September 19, 2019 officers of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, General Prosecutors` Office, Europol and officers of the law enforcement agencies of the United States of America and Australia as a result of jointly held intensive operative-investigative activities revealed the network involved in minors trafficking and production-distribution of materials containing pornography of minors.
