Co-Chairmen of Geneva negotiations release joint Communiqué

Co-Chairmen of the internationally mediated Geneva negotiations released a joint Communiqué regarding the 46th round of talks.

Based on the Communiqué, participants of the meeting underlined the importance of the Group on Incidents Prevention and Response Mechanisms and evaluated the current situation across Georgia’s occupied regions as stable. They also welcomed the decision to continue discussions.

Also according to the document, the second group considered humanitarian issues of locals residing at occupational lines in the context of free movement, education, and healthcare.

The participants scheduled the next meeting for April 2-3 of 2019.
