Christian Urse says constitutional amendments are important achievement for Georgia
“This week was distinguished by constitutional changes, which is a very important achievement for Georgia,” The Head of the Council of Europe Office in Georgia, Christian Urse, told reporters.
As Urse pointed out, “constitutional amendments to the Electoral Code which were approved yesterday, would improve the pre-election environment for free, transparent and fair elections in Georgia.”
