Charges aggravated against person accused in Barnovi Street murder case

Charges were aggravated against the person detained for Barnovi Street murder case. The ministry of internal Affairs reported.

According to them, Vepkhia Bakradze will be charged under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies murder under aggravating circumstances. Initially, the case was initiated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

In addition, the procedure for presenting the charges is being carried out for the time being. As MIA told the First Channel, in parallel the charges are presented against the another person detained for not reporting about the crime.
