The Honorable citizen of Tbilisi awarding ceremony and gala-concert dedicated to Revaz Lagidze wrapped up “Tbilisoba 2018” (City Celebration). The festive events held at the First Democratic Republic Square.

Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of Tbilisi, once again congratulated the guests on the celebration of Tbilisoba and awarded the honorable citizens of Tbilisi.

A total of 15 people received this honorable award. The list of “Honorable Citizen of Tbilisi” is as follows: philologist and director Lana Ghoghoberidze, architect Elagjia Medzmariashvili, jazz singer Giuli Chokheli, dancer and choreographer Tengiz Utmelidze, auto engineer Gaioz Kandelak, architect researcher Maia Mania, oncologist Konstantine Mardaleishvili, geologist Nodar Tsertsvadze, doctor Vladimer Kakhadze , Poet Temur Chalabashvili, Ambassador of Israel in Georgia Shabtai Tsur, singer Katie Melua, dancer and ballet master Mikhail Barishnikov, conductor Vakhtang Kakhidze, composer and pianist Nikoloz Rachveli.
