According to the Employment Agency, 347,276 people received compensation from the state

According to the State Employment Promotion Agency, as of July 21, a total of 218,791 self-employed citizens were registered through the Health Ministry‘s portal. 121,520 people received 300 GEL compensation from the agency. In total 36,456,000 GEL was transferred.

As for the employees who were affected by the pandemic, compensation in the amount of GEL 200 was transferred to 225,756 people. The total amount transferred is 45 151 200 GEL.

The application deadline to receive state compensations for self-employed has been extended to August 1.
