State Employment Agency: Workplace issues to be fixed for legally employed Georgians in Germany

State Employment Promotion Agency pledges to have active communication with Georgian citizens who have been legally employed in Germany.

“If the employer does not comply with the obligations, the agency will take action,” said Nino Veltauri,  Head of the State Employment Agency.

“Four groups of people left for Germany. The first group complained about working conditions when the employer did not fulfill the contract terms. Since then, we have active communication with Federal Employment Agency which in turn, involved relevant German government agencies in this process,” Veltauri noted.
