The ruling Georgian Dream party will present election system-related proposal during the fourth round of negotiations being held between representatives of the ruling team and the opposition at Sheraton Hotel in Tbilisi.
According to Archil Talakvadze, Parliament Speaker, the proposed changes are balanced and have to be acceptable for all sides involved in the process.
“This is the version where proportional and majoritarian representations are balanced, and we believe that this may be the project to be agreed upon,” Talakvadze said.
The fourth round of negotiations is being held between representatives of the ruling team and the opposition over election system in Georgia at Sheraton Hotel in Tbilisi. Representatives of the Diplomatic Corps are attending the meeting.
