Public transport stops running in Batumi

120 buses and around 600 minibuses have stopped running today, said Badri Partenadze, the director of ‘Batumi Avtotransport.’

Partenadze noted that the restrictions will be into force until the Coordinating Council on coronavirus makes a decision.

During this period, drivers will receive compensation, added Partenadze.

From September 26, intercity transports will also stop running.
