Medical Council member, neurologist Aleksandre Tsiskaridze said ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili has positive dynamics, following his visit at Gori Military Hospital.

However, Tsiskaridze said there were many dangers, including in terms of complications of various organ systems.

According to Aleksandre Tsiskaridze, the nutrition recovery period, the so-called re-feeding protocol is agreed.

Jailed ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili was transferred from the Gldani N18 prison infirmary to Gori Military Hospital late last night. Georgia’s third president has been on a hunger strike since October 1.
