Movement of trucks and heavy vehicles banned at Gudauri-Kobi road

Movement of trucks and heavy vehicles is prohibited at the Gudauri-Kobi road, Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure reports.

“Due to snow and ice, the movement of trailers and semi-trailers on the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway of international importance is prohibited. Movement is free for other kinds of transport means,” Roads Department said.

The Patrol Police will monitor and coordinate the movement.
