The date of elections is defined by the law, and is determined by the relevant body – CEC, – Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze told journalists.

As Bakhtadze noted, there is no need for extra political speculation.

“The date of elections is defined by the law and is determined by the relevant body –Central Election Commission. I think we should be guided by law and there is no need for extra political speculation” – Mamuka Bakhtadze stated.

The second round of 2018 presidential elections will be held on November 28 – Tamar Zhvania, CEC Chairwoman signed the summarizing protocol and issued an order about holding of the second round of presidential polls.
