Kakha Kaladze – Fine for violation of transit movement rules should be increased

Kakha Kaladze, Tbilisi Mayor talked about traffic jams, reduction of exhaust fumes and development of transport systems during the city government’s sitting today.

Tbilisi Mayor underlined that work in resolution of facing problems was being carried out in several directions – rehabilitation of subway, renewal of municipal buses and introduction of special schedule for distribution and garbage collection vehicles.

According to Kaladze, transit movement was prohibited in Tbilisi. Therefore, fine for violation of transit rules had to be increased from 20 to 500 GEL.
