Tbilisi City Hall offers Personal Consultant service to businesses

Tbilisi City Hall launched a new Service of Personal Consultant for representatives of the business sector starting April 1. Registration is possible at consultant.tbilisi.gov.ge.

At the municipal government meeting, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said the online portal would enable businesspersons to receive information on land plots, construction permits and other necessary documents.

Each businessperson will receive individual phone consultations for at least three months.

The consultants will coordinate between the businesspersons and administrative bodies. The fee businesses will pay is calculated based on the size of the land plot and the duration of the service provided.

“This is a significant service that will make it easier for people to obtain construction permits, receive information about various documents, etc. We specially trained the employees for this, and they underwent an internship. This process is ongoing to ensure that each consultant is fully qualified,” Kaladze said.
