Eka Beselia – Jurisdiction expects Mikheil Saakashvili in Georgia

Jurisdiction expects former President Mikheil Saakashvili in Georgia – Eka Beselia, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee said.

“If former president acknowledges some kind of responsibility, he should respect laws of his country. In case of return, he will have to expect the verdict about his imprisonment and a prison cell,” Beselia stated.

Mikheil Saakashvili spoke about the economic situation in the country in a video address, saying that the cause of the catastrophic economic situation in Georgia is that the Georgian economy is managed by mafia. He said he would arrive in Georgia and claimed that the government should change this year, following presidential elections.
